free of defects and continually updated to the latest version. Any bugs and software problems will be fixed free of charge,
and your store(s) will be updated with the latest version of the leapfrogpos.com software
when a new version becomes available. We provide free online training aids that will guide
you through how to use all of the leapfrogpos.com features. In addition your POS Terminal is equiped with our help desk messaging system. Simply report issues or questions through the POS or call our Support line.
Advanced Support is available from 8 AM to 2 AM CST, Seven days a week, 364 days
a year.

Using this option, you register all of your internal and external vendors with us, and we become your single point
of contact for your entire organization as we route issues to the specific people either in your organization or to external vendors and
providers. Our
skilled attendants will document all issues, communicate and follow up with the appropriate parties, and provide electronic leave-behinds along with weekly case summaries.
